The Site may link to websites, platforms, tools, donation processors, event services, voter-information resources, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
A link does not necessarily mean that Swifties for Hope endorses the third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.
11. DONATIONS, EVENTS, AND VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
Donations or purchases made through third-party platforms are also subject to the terms, refund rules, and privacy practices of those platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Swifties for Hope does not process or store payment-card information on the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SWIFTIES FOR HOPE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT SITE CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTIES FOR HOPE AND ITS VOLUNTEERS, ORGANIZERS, OFFICERS, CONTRIBUTORS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Swifties for Hope and its volunteers, organizers, officers, contributors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or potential legal exposure, or interfered with the Site or its community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
17. COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us through the Contact page and provide enough information for us to identify the work, locate the material, understand the basis of your claim, and contact you.
